    aFe Large Bore HD 5" Stainless Race Exhaust System

    The Large Bore HD turbo back exhaust system is engineered to perform in the most extreme environments. This system is constructed from 5" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, increased horsepower, increased torque and reduced EGT's. This system is available with a free-flowing 24" long muffler and a 6" diameter polished stainless steel clamp-on tip with a black laser-cut stainless steel aFe power plate for an aggressive style.

    Installation is a Snap:

    This Large Bore HD system includes extension pipes to fit cab configuration and uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation.

    Leak-Free Seal:

    A high quality OE style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

    Aggressive Sound:

    A free-flowing 24" long muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque out of your rig.

    OE Fit:

    OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.

    Flow and Performance:

    This Large Bore HD exhaust system is constructed of 5" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGTs.

    Polished Tip:

    Finishing off the exhaust is a high luster, 6" diameter polished stainless steel clamp-on tip with a black laser-cut stainless steel aFe power plate for an aggressive style.

    EGR Race Kit with Hose

    The EGR Valve & Cooler Race Kit allows removal of the EGR Actuator Valve & EGR Cooler from the '13-'15 Cummins 6.7L for non-EGR engine applications. Use of this kit will also allow the stock intake and exhaust manifold to be retained. Unlike other kits on the market that plug coolant lines our kit reconnects the removed coolant passage allowing full cooling flow to the cylinder head.

    Includes:

    • 1/2" Laser Cut Steel Plates
    • Heater Hose
    • Fittings
    • Billet Intake Manifold Cover
    • All required factory gaskets for installation
